Tried to connect to the p2p-eu server but I get a message showing my IP and then a message saying disconnected (italy range banned)

I've never used this server before so I dont know why im banned already?

It has been known that entire ip ranges for certain countries to be "blacklisted" but i was unaware of such a ban for this network, don't know the reasoning behind it so cant say much, you could pop into the channel on quakenet, it's not an official channel as it's only me and jaggy that idle there to keep it active.

Im not sure, but it could help if u make new IP, do u know how to do it?
In XP u look ur internet in the right down corner, and then right click and choose repair.

that does not alocate a new ip to the modem
if you have a static ip it will not change
only the pc ip will change

i will look at the ip ranges allowed and see if we can do anything

you could try to connect through the US servers

i have made a substantial donation to p2p so i will see if they could list the ban for your ip
